Furniture and worktops
Homebase royalty (10%) and marketing (3%) apply ONLY to kitchen furniture and non-quartz worktops. Quartz worktops and all other items are excluded from those charges.
Installation (separate)
Installation commission is selected independently. Default is none to prevent accidental overpayment. If a different installation arrangement is agreed, select it explicitly.

Profit-share commission = 20% × max(0, profit before commission). Percentage-of-sale commission is charged on the relevant ex-VAT sale amount even if the quote makes a loss. A negative profit-share base generates £0 commission. Minimum net margin target: 10%.

Print / Save as PDF creates a commission statement for the salesperson's own records. Download JSON saves a local copy of all quote inputs and calculated results for later reference; use Import JSON to reopen it. Nothing is uploaded or saved on a server in Version 1. Use a secure location for files containing customer or pricing data.
